ÜBER MICH
Ich bin Emanuel „Emu“ Meshvinski - Komponist, Dirigent und Künstlerischer Leiter des Jewish Chamber Orchestra Hamburg.
Ich suche Jazz in der Klassik, Spaß im Ernst und Hoffnung im Dunkeln und verbinde Konzertsaal, Film und Club.
Nach meinem Studium in Komposition, Dirigieren und Viola in Hamburg und Zürich arbeite ich mit Orchestern, Ensembles und Künstler:innen in ganz Europa und komponiere für Film, Fernsehen und Theater.
Mit dem von mir geleiteten JCOHH bringe ich jüdische Musik neu zum Klingen und präge Hamburgs Kulturlandschaft.

AMI TECHNU is JCOHH’s club format where classical meets electronic and the concert turns into a night out, continuing the collaboration with Hamburg’s WEIRD collective. Led artistically and musically by Emanuel Meshvinski, Vol. 2 pushes the crossover further, moving from listening to release without losing the orchestra’s core identity.

Büschen Meschugge lands at TONALi for another chapter of "Auf[er]stehen", spotlighting Jewish voices and treating classical music as a living, social art form. Emanuel Meshvinski leads the evening artistically and musically, shaping a format that is direct, playful, and designed to connect beyond the traditional concert frame.
